Precision CNC Machining and Custom Tooling — Built for Shops That Can't Wait
Same-week delivery on tight-tolerance machined parts, custom coil winding tooling, and electrical insulators.
Tight Tolerances, Real-World Proven We hold ±0.0002" on production bores and +0/−0.0005" on bearing pockets — not on a spec sheet, on parts shipping out the door.
Days, Not Weeks Most of our customers are in a hurry. Typical turnaround is a week. We do overnight runs and weekend shifts when a line is down and you need parts Monday morning.
Specialized Where It Counts Electrical insulators in G10, GPO3, and G11. Custom coil winding tooling. Large-format routing up to 76" × 144". Work most shops won't touch.
WHO WE WORK WITH
Keystone is a trusted partner to the electric motor rebuild industry, including motor rebuild company and stand by. We manufacture:
Electrical insulators and collars for field coils
Custom winding tooling and copper clip tooling
Specialized fixtures for coil manufacturing
The KDM Coil Gauge — our own product for pneumatic coil measurement, in service across motor OEM, transformer, and EV winding lines
We also serve aerospace and industrial customers who need precision machined parts in steel, aluminum, copper, brass, exotic alloys, and engineered plastics.

OUR STORY
Keystone started in a garage in Las Vegas in 2010. Today we operate out of a 25,000 sq ft campus in Grafton, Ohio across four buildings, with a team of skilled machinists, fabricators, and engineers who treat every job like it matters — because for our customers, it does.
Our custom-built MAP ERP system gives us real-time visibility from the shop floor to delivery, which is how we keep on-time delivery rates among the highest in the industry.
Need a part made? Send us a print.
We quote fast. We turn fast. And if you've got something nobody else will touch, that's usually exactly the kind of work we want.
Quality Control? We Control Quality
Our custom-built MAP ERP software sends real-time information directly to a sophisticated array of screens and workstations on the production floor. This gives us control over the entire system and allows us to achieve some the the highest quality and on-time delivery stats in the business (It’s pretty badass)!
On-Time Delivery
Efficiency is key. Waste is a thief. Leading to increased throughput. Our on-time delivery ratings are among the highest in the manufacturing industry.
Rush Orders/Zero Lead Times
Some customers need zero lead-time, and rush orders. We maintain inventory at no added cost. If necessary, we will also invest to expand our manufacturing capacity for mission critical and production critical requirements.
Unrivaled machining and Turning
Highly sophisticated multi-axis CNC machining centers to run your most complex products. Our CNC machining centers are capable of unattended production, twenty-four hours a day. With the best machines available from all around the world we can get the tasks handled. sometimes that might mean we have to invent something to speed along/simplify the projects.
Complex Fabrication Techniques
KMF is recognized for our ability to machine complex parts from a wide range of materials. From 3d printing to Rhenium. We have the experience, machinery and procedures to manufacture complex products that other manufacturers avoid.
Engineering Support
From conceptualization, to prototyping, we provide engineering and manufacturing expertise and support. We will work with your engineering department so that your new products can be produced with confidence and excellence.
In house/On site Assembly & Testing
Sheaves, sleeves, in heaps. Valves, Plugs and Lugs. From idea to Testing, we provide complete assembly and testing services for the products we manufacture. We also manufacture testing equipment (Sometimes older is not better).
Successful Growth
Since 2010 (when we started in a garage in Las Vegas)we have added an additional 12,500 square feet of manufacturing space. The KMF campus now occupies four separate buildings for a total of 25,000 square feet. Giving us instant access to multiple vendors and engineers.
Dedicated Owner/Employee staff
KMF is proud to employ a team of highly skilled and motivated employees. A top priority is for our team members to fully develop their skills and our processes.
